The terms and conditions of the GREEN IN ME online store are compiled in accordance with the consumer protection act (ZVPot), the personal data protection act (ZVOP-1), the general regulation of data protection GDPR and the electronic communications act (ZEKom-1).
The general terms and conditions edits the business relationship between the YOURGREENINME.COM online store and the buyer.

The customer adds the selected products to the basket by clicking on the "add to cart" button, which is available at each product presented.
In the online shopping cart, the buyer can always edit or remove the selected products and change the quantity.
In the cart view, there is also a link to the sign in and registration.
The buyer may decide to purchase by login in or registration or for an unreported purchase. Registered customers in their user account can monitor the orders archive, the status of opened orders, and regulate their billing and delivery addresses.
Before submitting an order, the buyer, in the final form, reviews the products, their quantities and prices. In the final form, the buyer shall indicate the method of delivery, the method of payment and add contact details and information for the delivery of goods. If the buyer wants to change the order information, this can be done by returning to the online shopping cart.
By clicking on the "Submit your order" button, the customer places an order. Upon successful submission of the order, the customer receives a confirmation of the order on his e-mail address.
The contract for the purchase of ordered products between the buyer and the providers is concluded at this stage.
All prices quoted on the THEGREENINME.COM website are listed in USD and include value added tax. Prices are valid at the time of the order. The sales contract between the bidder and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the tenderer confirms the order. From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.

We offer 30 day refund policy:
CHANGE MIND: if you changed your mind about our product, you can send us back within 30 days and we will get you full refund or replace your product with another product. The product need to be send to us in the same condition as received - in an original unopened, unused resalable condition and in their original packaging.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS: In case the customer receives the wrong or damaged product, those has to be return to us, and we will send you a new product or make a refund. You will need to provide proof of damaged or incorrect product (picture).
